Build-to-Suit Leasing & Acquisitions
We manage build-to-suit projects, including negotiating land acquisitions and complex leasing transactions. These services include site selection and financial analysis; documentation and legal coordination; design and construction management; cost control and analysis; complete transaction negotiation and management; schedule management; occupancy coordination; and facilities management organizational analysis.
Investment Brokerage
We offer our clients a wide range of investment related services, including equity sales; and acquisition and strategic advice and implementation.
